All of our systems come with a Vesaro PC as standard which ensures support for all components. A PC is required for most of the components we use, including the D-BOX motion and the DD wheel bases. In addition, consoles do not support triple display solutions.
If a console compatible system is required, please contact our Sales Team to discuss potential solutions that we can offer.
If you want to use 55″ TVs or particularly heavy or older TV’s, then you must add the Triple Display Stand Plus product which will add additional support arms to allow the extra weight.
We also offer the Triple Display Stand Oversize product which supports screen sizes from 50″ – 100″.
If you are looking to use 1 x 65”+ screen, you will require our Single Display Stand.
If you are looking to use 3 x 65”+ screens, you will require our Triple Display Stand Oversized.

We fabricate bespoke seat sides for all of the seats we offer, each with varying degrees of adjustment available. An ideal seating position should be achievable with the built in adjustment range of each seat bracket.

Minimal steps are taken to prepare the system for packing and shipping.
Upon receival of the crate and after removing all protective material and strapping, the system will require a few basic steps to return it to the same state it was in, prior to packing at Nextlevel Sim.
These steps (depending on the model) should take only a few hours to complete.
If you would prefer or require a hands-off installation of the system, we offer a comprehensive On-Site Installation & Training service where 2 of our Technicians will travel to your location to handle the entire process, ensuring that it is reassembled back to the same standard and state it was in at Nextlevel Sim. They will then also provide in-person training to ensure that the system is used correctly and to its full potential.
Yes, we can ship by sea freight to countries where possible. Sea freight shipments typically take longer than air freight deliveries.
Once the system is fully set up in the location of your choice, they will then provide tailored training for your system, ensuring that you are fully informed on how to best operate the simulator and use it to its full potential.
All our PC are supplied with a full device image backup, providing an easy method for restoring the PC back to its former state, exactly as it was prior to being packed at Nextlevel Sims.
2 dedicated in-house Nextlevel Sims Support Staff members are available 7 days a week, providing another layer of reassurance. Both of these staff members were former Nextlevel Sims Technicians, and have a comprehensive understanding of our simulators.
All Nextlevel Sims systems are supplied with TeamViewer, enabling our Support Team to remotely log in (with prior permission) to assess and solve any issues present, and/or upgrade Nextlevel Sims Systems when requested with new software, software add-ons and to assign new hardware controls.
Our Nextlevel Sims Support Team is available to all customers free of charge for life – an unparalleled level of service within the industry.
2 Years warranty is provided on electronics to all Private use our customers.

There are multiple ways to provide your own system for our Nextlevel sims systems:

You can send the PC to our HQ for integration, configuration and optimisation.

You can integrate the PC yourself once you receive the system. Our Support Team can remotely assist.

If you purchase On-Site Installation & Training, our Nextlevel sims Technicians can integrate your PC on site, as they would if it were at Nextlevel sims HQ.

We have dedicated ranges specifically for commercial use. These have cherry picked components that we know will perform consistently in commercial environments, as well as the required commercial licensing for the accompanying software.
Most of our systems can be used commercially, even if they are not listed under our commercial range.

If there is a particular control or component you would like on a simulator, or a specific brand that must be used for an event activation, our Sales Team will be able to assess your request and will more than likely be able to deliver.
As we have the capability to manufacture all metal elements in-house and have dedicated designers, we can fabricate almost anything for a bespoke Nextlevel Sims system.
We also design and create our own electronic components in-house too.

If your country runs on 110V power, we will build the simulator to operate on 110V power, and provide the necessary plug heads to connect to your wall outlets.
